Tonight, I am making my Chili Lime Steak Fajitas. It’s one of my family’s favorite things for me to make (besides smoked tri-tip roast).
Typically when I find a recipe online, I cook it just as it’s written. Then, if we like it, we will talk about how we can make it better. Tonight’s experiment will be using some fresh hot peppers from Jen’s garden. I will be adding diced jalapeños and serrano peppers to the marinade to give the sauce a little kick!
