This chili is great as a side dish for barbeque, or as a stand-alone meal!
Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté until transparent. Add bell peppers, jalapeños, and garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant.
Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, and salt and mix until beef is fully coated in the spices.
In your Crock Pot, add salsa, tomato sauce, broth, beans, and beef mixture. Set Crock Pot on low and let cook for 8 hours.
Serve with toppings.
