Greek Pork Kebabs

This is a very easy recipe having just a few ingredients. It's keto-friendly and tasty.

 1 lb Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1 in. cubes
 ¾ cup Greek Vinaigrette
 3 bell peppers
 1 onion
 skewers
Marinate

Cut pork tenderloin into 1 inch cubes and place in a marinating bowl. Pour about 1/2 bottle of Greek vinaigrette over pork to coat and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Heat coals for direct heat.

Cut onions and peppers into 1 inch pieces. Thread pork, onion, and pepper alternately onto each of four skewers.

Grill kebobs over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning 2-3 times and brushing with remaining dressing until pork is no longer pink.
